The disappearance of Dolores Wulff
In this bonus episode, Carol and Wes meet new co-hosts who are bringing us Season 3 of The Unforgotten
Hi again!
First … a quick update from me and Carol. We’re getting ready to record our next bonus episode, which shares more eye-opening information that was recently passed along to us. Keep an eye out for the episode in the next week or two.
Second …
I’m excited to announce that Season 3 of The Unforgotten is set to premiere on August 4!
Our new season is called Finding Dolores Wulff, and it’s a story expertly told by co-hosts Adam Rittenburg and Kyle Bonagura. Adam and Kyle are both staff writers for ESPN, where they first wrote about the haunting case of Dolores Wulff, a mother of four who vanished from Woodland, California, more than four decades ago.
Mrs. Wulff’s son Paul would go on to become a well-known college football coach, in case you’re wondering about the ESPN connection. Here’s what Kyle tweeted when the original story first came out:
This is a story that deeply affected Adam and Kyle, and it’s one they have always wanted to dig into more deeply. That’s what they’re doing now.
Episodes of Finding Dolores Wulff will come out weekly from early August through late September.
Of course, Carol and I are still in the thick of reporting on Shelley Watkins’ unresolved murder case, and we’ll continue to release bonus episodes as new information (that we can share) comes to light.
Because we’re all in this together, I wanted to give you and Carol a chance to meet Kyle and Adam before Season 3 begins. In our new bonus episode, Carol and I are spending a little time with our new hosts. They will also introduce us to the case they’ve been reporting on for years. Listen wherever you get podcasts, including Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.
I hope you enjoy getting to know Kyle and Adam as much as I have. — Wes Ferguson
